Minimums
We do not require a minimum order. However, a service charge of $5.00 will be added to all orders under $50.00 (except backorders).
Terms
All new accounts that have not established credit and or those that have not reached the minimum must pre pay via ACH or credit card: American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa. A copy of your dealer application and sales tax certificate must be on file before an order will be filled. Net 30 terms will only be considered after total purchases exceed $7,500 and upon approval of a completed credit application. Any and all returned checks will be sent to a collection service. Discounts will not be applied to accounts that are 15 days or more past due.
Delivery
All shipments are made F.O.B. at our warehouse. We ship via UPS , USPC, or Fedex. If you desire a particular method other than ground please indicate when ordering.
Zero Charge Drop Shipping
Nunn Finer has Zero Charge for drop shipping for Retailers with approximately $1,000 in annual sales and whose account is current. Shipping freight rates are with UPS and we will charge you our listed shipping rate - no markup to our volume discount rate. We will not drop ship for any account that has pricing below Map Pricing and/or has open past due invoices.
Backorders
Please be advised that many of the products we carry are imported. Therefore, there are times with unforeseen circumstances that cause the backorder process to be lengthy. We expect and appreciate that our customers monitor their own backorders. We will backorder items when we expect a new supply of the item within a reasonable time frame of your original order. You will be notified when and if we cancel a backorder. Notifications of canceled backorders will be on your invoice.
Returns Policy Guidelines
• 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed commitment means just that. If you receive any product that you are not 100% satisfied with, return it within 10 days in its original condition. Prior to your return you must call for an RA number.
• ALL freight damage claims must be made with your carrier. For UPS and Fedex shipments, please contact UPS and Fedex first. We include the shipper’s tracking number with each shipment. It is on the invoice that was emailed to you. Do not return damaged parcels to Nunn Finer. Save damaged original packing to present to your carrier.
• ALL short shipments and pricing errors must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
• We do not give credits for freight charges unless item is defective, or an error has been made in order entry or shipping.
• We do not give credits for special orders.
Special Orders
Special orders incur a 20% additional charge and are non-returnable.
Price Changes
All Prices Are Subject to Change Without Notice. Please check prices and availability with us before quoting to your customers. Imported goods are susceptible to price changes.
